A Electoral Commission is responsible for guaranteeing the legality and transparency of the entire electoral process. It plays a key role in overseeing all stages of the electoral process, from the receipt of nominations to the tabulation of results.
According to the Electoral Regulations, the Commission Electionary is made up of the chairman of the board of the general council and a representative from each of the lists admitted to the vote, to be appointed when the respective nominations are submitted.
The composition of the Electoral Commission will be announced at 17th September 2024.
